"Well we have had the girls about 10 weeks now and we would not be with out them. Poppy, Daisy, Petal and Bluebell get on fantastic with the Dog Max and the Kitten Molly, Although Molly did spend the first couple of weeks stalking them. Then the tables turned there is nothing funnier than watching 4 chickens chasing a cat down the garden.
The house is lovely (Melbourne) glad we went for that one.
The girls spend everyday roaming around the garden (free range) with the dog chicken watching. As soon as we are home they are let out.
We get four eggs every day which enables me to supply a few close friends and neighbours.They are extremely friendly now and always following me around watching what I do. They come and sit on your lap and love being stroked. Never realised they are so intelligent and they have all got different personalities.
Everything has worked out lovely I just wish I had done it years ago.
Even my neighbour is now going to get some chickens and of course I will be recommending you.
Cant thank you enough and we will visit soon, even if its just for a cup of tea."

"We bought 3 chickens from you at Easter - a Black Star & 2 Amber Stars. 2 of them started laying after about 2 weeks. The 3rd has only just started laying about a week & a half ago, but we are getting some intermittent soft shelled eggs from her.
Is there poultry grit available for these ladies? Have you got any advice?
Otherwise, they are perfectly lovely ladies, they are right characters. The children love them. I am sure rabbits & guinea pigs would have long since been ignored! They are all friendly, love being talked to & follow me around the garden. Hope you can offer me some advice. Thanks"

"Hi, we came up on Sunday and bought three chickens from you (we were the family of six with the excitable mother")
I just wanted to thank you for the lovely birds, they have been nothing but a pleasurable source of amusement. Within two hours of arriving home, one of them kindly laid an egg which just about rounded off a perfect afternoon.
They haven't stopped laying since and I came home today to find they had all produced!
